Chief Advisor
The Chief Advisor and Lead Partner at Yucan Advisory Services is James Cantamantu-Koomson. James is a pioneering, internationally experienced and strategic professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate and financial services industry. His experience covers strategy design, set up, execution and oversight for international financial institutions across emerging markets and the United Kingdom. His experience also covers setting up of operational, governance, risk and regulatory compliance management systems on a greenfield bank start up project; strategically managing and expanding a client coverage and products development model across cross-cultural and cross-jurisdictional executive teams and business portfolios in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He has managed business portfolios working with Banks and Financial Institutions, Development Organisations, Corporates as well as Parastatals in varied regulatory environments. James is SMF18 certified by the Prudential Regulatory Authority of the Bank of England.
ROSEMARY YEBOAH
Partner
Rosemary Yeboah’s expertise and experience covers advisory roles setting up a Development Finance Institution in Africa, including writing policies on risk & compliance management and Asset & liability Management (ALM). Her experience also covers restructuring the Group Corporate Banking Business for an International Bank across 36 Countries in Africa, creating a client coverage model covering Africa, Dubai, Beijing and Paris. Her expertise also includes delivery of a strong Corporate Governance, risk & compliance management framework, creating a strong Corporate & Investment Banking business across a Pan African Bank. Rosemary also set up the Environment & Sustainability risk framework working with regulators for a Commercial Bank.
CHRIS DJANGMAH

Chris has over 25 years of broad and extensive technology related experience. Chris has varied experience working in Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Retail, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, IT Consulting and Local and Federal Government industries. His track record covers delivering IT advisory and practical solutions in both matured and emerging markets. He has performed several cloud implementations working on cloud services strategy/adoption/transformation initiatives, application modernisation business intelligence, service oriented architecture, software development, data and systems integrated project management across the US, United Kingdom and Africa. With his applied practical integrated project management experience, Chris has a strong ability to take strategic concepts and develop them into information solutions and operational activities.
ERAJ KWEIBA
Research Analyst
Eraj joins Yucan Advisory Services with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, cum laude from Mount Holyoke College, where she specialised in International Political Economy. Eraj has experience delivering research and data analysis on the social, economic, and political implications of sub-Saharan supply chains, leading development initiatives for nonprofits, and building growth strategies for financial institutions. Most recently, Eraj has helped drive employee facing as well as consumer facing marketing strategies for a number of internationally known global brands in varied industries. With a multicultural background, having lived and schooled in countries across West, East, and Southern Africa as well as the US, Eraj is passionate about the ways business strategy can be used to create positive change on a global scale.
